1.     Purpose

To integrate the requirements for Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental (ISO 14001), and Occupational Health & Safety (ISO 45001) standards into a cohesive framework for the Group operation. It aims to ensure a consistent quality of service while safeguarding both the environment and employee safety across all countries.

Applies to all employees and suppliers involved in the development, delivery, and support of the Group’s services. It excludes client-specific operational controls unless contractually agreed upon, as well as the direct management of client environmental and safety systems.
