Established in 2005, 6 Pence (ISO 9001:2015 certified) is one of the leading HR solutions, staff outsourcing and recruitment providers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kingdom of Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, the Sultanate of Oman, and the Republic of Iraq.
In the last 19 years, our Group has grown exponentially, covering an entire spectrum of solutions for our Business Partners; specializing in Staff Outsourcing and Recruitment.
At 6 Pence we help our Business Partners hire better; streamlining their HR formalities & payroll processes, increasing productivity, and reducing cost through an advanced outsourcing model.

OUR MANAGEMENT
Talal Al-Tehow – Group Chairman
He acquired a wide range of experience in Market Analysis and Research in the USA & in the GCC countries, with a career history of blue chip giants, and a US based education. Talal is a market savvy business development professional, with excellent knowledge of client needs. He is aggressive, highly proficient in developing and maintaining relationships, a quick thinker and a natural negotiator. It is these admirable qualities that have enabled him to grow rapidly in his business with the right focus and effectiveness. He listens carefully to ideas from diverse colleagues and subordinates and translates them into reality based on his extensive expertise in Sales & Marketing.
Ahmed Al-Basri – Group Managing Director
He joined 6 Pence in 2012 as the Group Managing Director. A Certified Public Accountant from the USA, with over 14 years of experience in both financial & non financial industries. He joined the Company from the banking sector, where he played an instrumental role in the operations area, taking on the position of Group Head of Operations. As the Group Managing Director, he drives the business forward with integrity and precision. With an eye for excellence, Ahmed has his ear to the ground with all aspects of the Company. As an integral part of vision provider for 6 Pence, the operations of the Company are managed seamlessly and efficiently, Ahmed ensures his involvement with every aspect of the business.

BEHIND THE NAME
Perhaps one of the most popular references to the sixpence coin comes in the form of a popular rhyme, as follows: “Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue, and a sixpence for her shoe”. Putting a sixpence coin in a bride’s shoe is intended as a symbol of her future financial security and prosperity. We have inspired our name “6 Pence” for the same reason. Our goal is to achieve financial security and prosperity for our Business Partners by adding 6 Pence’s solutions to their success ingredients.
